This unit is the same as AL125UL but the ''X'' at the end indicates a full sized box. The larger box means it is a bit more expensive and can hold items the smaller box cannot.
For one, the ''X'' version can hold two full sized batteries (Altronix offers 2 battery sizes) while the smaller version only two small batteries or one large battery. Secondly, if add-on modules are required, such as a timer board, then the extra room in this ''X'' version can accomodate the add-ons too.
