Note: most electric strikes sold are Fail Secure. The reason is they are locked when at rest.
Functions can go by several names:
Fail Safe = FS = Power Locked
Fail Secure = NFS = Power Unlocked

The Optional Switches can be a bit confusing. **You can buy a standard strike with no additional switches at all. **If you want switches, you now must order LCBMA. LCBMA consists of 3 switches: 1) Locking Cam monitor 2) Bolt monitor 3) Aux switch
