Similar to the 8310 but with these additional features:
- Recognizes it's own armature plate. Cannot be tricked into detecting the door is closed when it's not. Each plate is individually coded.
- Two independent relay outputs.
- Alarm output with timer.
- On-board Lock Status Sensor.
RCI mag locks come with features normally optional with other brands.
The built-in timer eliminates the need to add a module to your power supply.
It also allows you to mount a push button on the inside that is a standard button, instead of a more expensive model that includes a timer.
The 8310-IQ is ideal for high security applications.
